Catalyzer Bug (Recons are see-able after charged shot hit)

I think This is reported as a bug but many people denied it. Even though I can't explain it put ill sum it...

1. A Ghostmane Stalker appears (by choice or got hit)

2. A knight with the Catalyzer line Charges a shot at the Ghostmane Stalker and hits it.

3. The Ghostmane Stalker Cloaks But the charged shot is still there.

4. The Knight finds that shot and we all know what happens next.

PS: I did it to prove a point about this bug.

How is this a bug? It makes sense.And catalyzers are underrated anyways. They deserve some small niche.
