No shock cutters
We have a shockburst brandish and a poison cutter already. Shock is probably going to be more OP'ed than hammers because of the shock.

We need more details.
Saying 'i want this' and then leaving it to everyone else to fill in the data? That isn't a suggestion.
In addition, the Cutter lines are fast, with 10 hits per combo and 2 per normal attack.
Even if you only give it 'Slight', it will still proc often, not to mention that you can use the spasm timing to keep reinflicting.
There's a good reason the only status you can get on this weapon is a pure support status.

Fire Cutter you say?
Fang of Vog is like the slow scary-when-angry cousin of the cutters.
maybe with Low Change of Moderate Shock would work. maybe.
With shock's interrupting ability and striker's speed you'll pretty much lock anything till death without risk of retaliaton.
