Accessorized items not displaying correctly in Steam inventories?

I have the following unknown item in my Spiral Knights inventory on Steam:

I *think* it is supposed to be a Skolver Cap with a Military Birthday Candle attached, because I can't find that item in my Steam inventory, and I definitely own it.

Do Steam inventories incorrectly display some accessorized items or something?
