Well, i'm new.
Anyways, when you charge up Spur, and when you release, if you do shield instantly after that, the power blast is cancelled. I have no more details.

Not use a spur.
Its a rubbish weapon, your better off using a cutter [its a similar weapon to the spur], and forgetting about the whole spur thing.
I don't think this bugs been fixed because no one ever uses a spur and therefore no one really needs to complain about it.
It's been brought up plenty of times, along with the Cutter charge's last attack, so I'd like to think they've got something planned for those two lines and will fix them when other changes roll out. Or something.
