I stuck in the elevator many times then it always get black screen, the only way is shut down and re-start the game and log in.
Damn it ! That cost me a lot of energy. Can I ask GM to return my energy back ??

Not to be harsh man but i spent all my energy on a Shadow key, and got stuck down there because of a bug. I didn't get refund.
So i'm prety sure you won't either.. xP
But that happened to me also. What's wrong with that?
