Somehow for me Tier 1 lockdown doesn't work, not like I play it or anything :P. I also never see Tier 1 matches on the "Spectate" Mode so I wanted to try It myself, so I waited or 2 hours ad no luck...-_-

The Spectate menu of lock down shows a false description as
T3 = T2
T2 = T1
T1 = T0
But so T1 lockdown doesn't happen often and so it might take sometime (up to many hours) for a game to be hosted.
