Several thoughts I've had:

1. Reduce the total items per page.
Fourteen Items fit visually on my screen at one time. The scroll bar lets me see another Six. I would suggest removing the scroll bar, and having fourteen items be one page. That way, I can leave my mouse over the 'Next' button and just continue to click rather than having to 'scroll, click, scroll, click'.

2. Allow the user to enter a page number to jump to.
I'll frequently view all the items in the Auction House by timer, and try to determine when something will come up for Very Short bid; sometimes this means I'm clicking all the way to the 150th page. Let me type in 150, and auto-jump to that page.

Thanks, OOO!

1. This is dependent on display resolution. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, only that making it work well is not as simple as "change the number".

2. +1, but see point 1.
