I logged on earier today and played the game. I got on to Steam again and now Spiral Knights is not showing up at all. It shows that is was never even installed. I need answers!

Just reinstall and it will be fine. You don't lose any progress either. It's also a small download on Steam.

When Spiral Knights gets
When Spiral Knights gets uninstalled it won't show up on the Library. I think because we don't actually buy the game.
Just search for it in the Store and reinstall it. If you're using a Steam account it won't get deleted.
Unfortunately we don't have any. Reinstallation should be enough though; most of the account is stored on the server.
