Idea:

It's hard to keep track of chat when people who are far away from you are trying to say something that may be important or something you'd like to know. Guild chat spam can make it difficult to sift through everything.

To put guild chat on another clickable section would be a good idea, too. It would have notifications that would appear in case someone said something.
