Could the Guildhall Default Mode PLEASE be modified to allow people to sell off floors/wings, so that they can still decrease their Guildhall Upkeep if their current Upkeep is too expensive?

Nope, design mode will be

Nope, design mode will be locked till you pay the upkeep

I think that you should have been more careful with your means of affording the upkeep. Try not to overspend so much in a short time.

Exactly!

Any tips for the present, and not in hindsight?

I don't get what you want. Pay the upkeep to open it up again or leave it closed.

Selling it can be seen as a way of 'cheating' to avoid payment. Plus 'sell' implies you want money back. Deleting it would be more reasonable.

Or start a new guild :p

NO

I will not abandon my current guild.
And I understood that "selling" was the wrong word, I was looking for the right word. :P Thanks.
And the whole point of the new Guildhall Update is for us to be able to control our guildhalls. D:

If your guild is worth the upkeep that is required, I might be interested in buying it :P

82.5kcr?

Really? O_O

And it's called Rule Of Three. Even though it was a pro BN guild, the BN pros left and made their own guild. ._.

Still want it?
