First of all... CTR med at level 10 comes on every weapon, so no point in stating that...
2nd of all, the uvs u rolled... The last two are useless, and construct med leaves something to be desired
My opinion, but this sword is worth at most 6kce, u might be able to squeeze 7kce out of someone who just plain old wants a triple uv...
