I believe the "droul" as they call it on the wiki has no tier 3 form and instead you see it in its tier 2 form down in the tier 3 depths.
Unlike all the other variations of the dust zombie, the droul is the only one without spiked shoulder pads and small spikes to go on top of the skull.
He should be replaced with a more menacing version of himself in the tier 3 for the sake of eliminating the error. Who wouldn't want to see a cooler version anyway?
I agree, and i would like to see it with different abilities in tier 3 though. Tired of seing the same stuff all over the place.

Fairly sure not. I just looked at them with Spiral Spy and I couldnt find any variations in the models.
Zombies use the same skin on all tiers, just like Devilites and Phantoms.
We should make it fair. Tier 3 should be even stronger with a longer duration of poison and stronger defense.
Just make them look better across the board. Poison zombies are scrawny.
Y'know, the only real difference is poison zombies don't have a jaw. That doesn't make them scrawny lol. And if it does, they're supposed to be like that: Pestulant, decayed, starving, toxic.
