To watch a friend or guild-mate in Lockdown/etc.

Social Menu, Click, Menu, "Observe" for Friends/Guildies. Nuff said. You got the observer system. Dunno why I gotta search a list to find who I wanna watch.

I know this will be ez to implement. So just do it. ^^
