What will happen is the following:

1) Somewhere, sometime Latisan-Sklay (Or Lord Hood, or me, or Some other dude/-ette) wil begin shaking all over the place.
2) There will be many people there not taking any notice of crazy shaking guy.
3) At a pre-designated signal said by the person who's shaking all over the place (Or some secondary party) the next phase will occur.
4) Everybody will simultaneously run all over the place whilst letting loose as much confetti of as many types as they feel comfortable with.

0) The above will have been filmed (with or without sound) by someone/anyone who is able to.
0.3) This footage will then be expertly dubbed over with the music from Harlem Shake by Baauer.
0.6) Multiple points of view cut into one long video would be appreciated.
0.9) The now-complete video will then be put up onto Youtube. For posterity's sake.

The things that need to be worked out are threefold twicefold.

1} Where shall this take place (Which Haven)?
2} When shall this take place?
3} Where shall this take place (Which part of Haven)?

4} Who shall be the person who performs the intro?
5} Who shall be the people who do the crazy stuff?
6} What shall be the reward for taking part in this?
