That, you newcomer, is one of the leading costume sellers on the market. As for your pricing request, as it says c/o, meaning that someone has already offered that, and as I doubt lade knows you, I don't think lade will be willing to sell to you for a cheaper price. As for the price, it is EASILY worth 23kce...
So next time you question a price, consider if you offer lower than someone else, who the seller will sell to. -_-
