this might not be bug .. i think snarbolax is immune to the bell when the bite animation happens / visible teeth .. they act like a shield.
just like mecha knights and trojans you cant harm / stun snarbolax when the teeth are visible

You can stun snarby with the bell. I've recently escorted some friends on the mission and although the bell's radius is TERRIBLY small (what really makes the bossfight take forever) it is doable, and is best done when he's doing the bite deal, since he'll close the range fastest. Try getting the guy absolute point blank (within < 2 squares) when you hit that guy.

You can't stun him when he roars, I really hate that fact.
No, hes just deaf, because listening bells 99999 times in one day. n.n
