GM misunderstood my problem

I filed a bug report and a support request on May 17th about hitting play again in T2 LD with at least 8 seconds on the timer. I was the only one left out of the game.

This was on the first timer after the end of the match. There had been no game delay previously. This is identical to what happened after a BN game on April 28th.

The GM that responded to my problem indicated that I was having lag or disconnection issues. I want to be clear, I would not have been playing LD or BN if I had been experiencing connection issues, nor did I have any connection problems immediately after both of these incidents. I was merely prvented from staying with my group and was apparently the only one left out on both occasions, despite the check mark on my screen showing I was signed up to play again.

I feel like the GM closed my support request prematurely, and that I was forced to come here to try to explain because what I think is a bug was dismissed as a connection issue.

I can come up with 2 reasons, GMs could still be right:

a)As the GM already said, a connection issue. Everything could have been perfect, up until the moment you pressed the button. Just 1 second of lag. An odd coincidence, but still possible.

b)There wasn't enough players. Say 9 people press play again. No one else is queuing at that time... the game can't make a 4 vs 5 match. Someone will have to go.
