I think this was fixed some few patches ago, but, well, it's back :D I'm pretty sure I saw the rocket steered around the barrier. I nearly burned to death. ;n;
With all the mis-patches today, this was probably left out of the final update.

With all the mis-patches today, this was probably left out of the final update.
The rockets can't go over the fences at all. However there is an unfenced section at the top that the rockets can go around if you back up when the rocket is tracking you.
