The game freezes and becomes unresponsive when keyboard's layout is changed.

This happens 100% of time when layout is changed using an automatic layout switch software.
The switch direction does matter, EN->RUS/FR/whatever - freeze, whatever->EN - no freeze.
Game can freeze even in login screen.
This issue was not seen before recent patches...
Nuking game and reinstalling does not help.

The current partial workaround is too add SK to the exclusion list of the layout switch software, but it very uncomfortable to chat when you rapidly need to switch layouts and the only way to do it is manual, which in fact can still freeze game occasionally.
