Today I was hanging out with Klipik in the Training hall when he suddenly froze and couldn't move. he could change his gear and talk, but he was frozen and couldn't move at all

This happened to me, too.
I was in T2 LoA, and I was frozen in the same way also.
I'd died from a Bombie's projectile attack at the same moment that my sole partymate had stepped on party button, and then the camera went into a cinematic, with the end result in my knight being unable to move in the manner described above.
I was fortunate to have Hyperion come to my aid, and we discovered you could move if you went to a different level.

Exact same thing happened to me. :P Sent a support request but no one came. They apologized and said no one was online to help. :<
Maybe it has something to do with the bug on ice skating? Just a suggestion ^o^
