Hello all. I do not know why but whenever I go into the Town Square or anywhere else in Haven, my camera is zeroed in on my character. I can no longer see speech bubbles! It doesn't seem to effect anywhere else I go to such as the Clockworks. If anyone knows how to fix my frozen camera and why it's zoomed in on my character that would be great.

Here is an example. The camera should not be that far in and speech bubbles are not showing up like they should when people speak. The camera should be more of a bird's-eye view.
