I just read the battle spirtes page, and it said that they will be released in the first half of the year, however we are already past the first half of the year, so does that mean that battle spirtes are coming out in 2014?
I'm confused.

We are not yet past the first half of the calendar year. The first half ends around June 30, and the second half begins around July 1.

Obviously we don't know. They will come out when Three Rings decides that they are ready. Until then, you'll have to be patient. Software schedules are notoriously inaccurate.
