Ok..This bug eats energy

The bug i am talking about is when i press quit expidition , it still goes down instead of going to haven . i need assistance now cuz this eats my energy .

This is a wild guess:
-You only have 10 seconds to chose go down/quit.
-Your computer display is sooo slow (or for some reason, your client lags sooo much) that by the time the screen with the options pop up, the 10 seconds are already over.

There's a simple workaround, altought you'll lose heat. Don't take the elevator, open the options menu and go to Haven manually.

but i thought if you quit manually you wont get the heat and crowns? :O

Firstly, no, this isn't entirely true. You will only lose Heat if you manually quit the party.

Before I start asking and I know that you were asked this: Are you sure you're clicking this: http://i.imgur.com/ZLDPB0z.png

The actual button, not the general area where the text is?

As for the problem in hand, do you experience any lag throughout the level? I believe if you have a really bad connection, the expedition button won't go through and you'll end up going to the next floor even if you do click it as the request cannot go through. I'm not 100% sure on this but lag is a deadly thing and can cause various problems at hand.

Secondly, try to verify the Cache of the game. If you're using Steam this can be done by right-clicking Spiral Knights, going to Properties, and selecting "Verify Integrity of Game Cache".

Lastly, if all else fails, once you go down the Elevator, use "/bug" in-game and fill out a support ticket at https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new
