Alright. We have:

-Shards

-Spine Cone

-Mist Bomb

-Anymore?

~~~~~~~~~Alright. Here's what I was thinking. I have had this stuck in my head for quite some time, and here it is. Outside-to-inside bombs.

Just set these nifty bombs near enemies? The bullets from the outer edge of the bomb radius will hit instantly! Of course, it's not the same as other bombs. Now that would be silly (unless you were drunk).

I'm not sure, but dark retribution hits from the outer radius while having a blind spot on the center.

This is what you want OOO to see so urgently? I don't even understand what you mean by "The bullets from the outer edge of the bomb radius will hit instantly!" In addition, you give no information about the bomb at all, for example if it will be normal, elemental, pierce or shadow. etc.
