Can weapon unique variants include a Damage Bonus?

like, not like, vs _____ (beast etc.) damage bonuses but a simple, DAMAGE. BONUS. ?

because i heard weapons can get speed bonuses... so i thought they might get a damage bonus too.... yes/no? o.o

simply no.... increased attack speed, reduced charge time, or increased damage to a certain enemy
