Remember this little game? We'll we're back in town for the moment.

Not special until fully upgraded.
Strenght in unity - Splitting fails.

You can mix and match skolver with vog to have a small but noticeable increase of both sword speed and power.
But if you try to mix mercurial with anything that's not mercurial, you won't feel the MSI.

That's a common misconception. The only reason we think so is that, until recently, we've only seen medium MSI. That is, a total of 8% improvement. If that was all we saw out of damage bonus, ASI and CTR, then we wouldn't think it to be all that hot either.

Just like 16% damage bonus is pretty substantial, so is 16% movement speed.
