Yes, it looks like the mainguy's digimon from generation one (my childhood favourite as a matter of fact, pokemon sux) And also, seraphynx looks like mew from pokemon and maskeriath looks like some kind of ghost type pokemon that I don't know the name of.

Nothing in this world is completely original and OOO( or OOOO in your case) isn't as rich as Blizzard or Acitvision(making another CoD with smart fishies). They are a small company who has limited rescources.
