Replace Arcade bosses (Vanaduke, Royal Jelly, Rourmalus twins) with NEW DIFFERENT bosses
If this happens, then the new knights will always be hearing other knights saying "remember that weird big jelly, he was so fun!" and the new knights will just be mad because the don't get to fight them. Just like the tortodrone, which I didn't get to see :,(
Tortos were NEVER implemented. I believe they were part of the test servers at one point. And the whole point of this to create new, wierd bosses. Something unrepetitive, which will make so many more players want to play in the Arcade.
People aren't understanding what grim is saying. You'd still be able to fight those bosses through missions, they just wouldn't waste a strata slot in the arcade.
Nick has already said they don't want the arcade to just be a poor copy of missions, so it makes sense to replace the boss strata finally.
because, with the small dev team, bosses can get done and get random patterns and behaviour like that.
I believe that the coding for this will be heavy. ok new content, but we need balancing.
Very awesome idea. I think doing this would be cool but what would be the loot? New armor? New token? New weapons? Or just a crap ton of cr or rarities? The list could go on but I think they should give a significant boost on cr and rarities :3
You include the advanced bosses but not the basic boss. WHY NOT! DO YOU LOVE SNARBY SO MUCH?
Yes. Better yet, random-ishly generated bosses; several possible template bosses + drawing several abilities from a pool of powers = tons of potential boss combinations.
One of the better things Diablo 3 did.
