The in game bug report (thanks for submitting it!) shows a game crash caused by a driver fault then piles of shader errors. Coupled with The Intel Integrated Graphics using the Windows default graphics driver it's likely a simple driver update would sort this out.
Please dry downloading and installing the most recent driver possible from Intel's Download Center. Please be aware that Intel calls your graphics hardware "discontinued" so support options are very limited here.
