*That being said, what helms is the crown compatible with?
*And lastly, do the disciple wings move? Or are they fixed like hallow wings.
Not every helm has a Top Helm Slot, because either something is already taking the spot(Mad Bomber Mask) or it's simply not compatible(Cobalt Helm). You can see if the helm has a Top Slot available if you see this on the Helm Info:

The Crown of Apocrea is a Top Helm Accessory, the Eye of Fury are Front Helm Accessories.
I have yet to see the Wings.
