I mean I thought about getting a GF, but I just don't have the time or money. I mean it would be nice, we'd go out together a lot, just me and my GF roaming the clockworks. However, as I said before I would need time and money. Everyone tells me it would be much better if I got one because I always solo things which is strange. Some even say i don't have the guts to get a GF, but that is very untrue. I can get a GF if i wanted, i am just unsure. I was surprised when i heard some players have multiple GFs. :|

Anyway for those who have a GF, what do you think? Has it changed you in anyway? Should I get one? How many people have a GF? What are GFs generally like? I mean I already have an acheron, but it could be a nice sword to have. Yes I am Seerus about this.

Well, it's a big commitment. I mean, are you going to shelf your GF after a couple months, or do you want to keep your GF till the very end?
A GF can end up changing you in a lot of ways: GF's can pull you around a lot. Depending on how compatible you are with a GF, you might have to change quite a bit to make the whole thing work out. Else the whole situation could come crashing down around you and you'll find yourself in a sticky predicament.
Think about the different variants of GF and which one you'd like to stick with, and remember: always get a GF that compliments your abilities.

It's a sword ok..

Well having a GF is a great way to show off to someone else. Also that little moment before you unleash your charge attack with your GF is so awesome more so with cursing involved. Over all its costly but a GF is something to be excited for and always left satisfied.

That's still innaccurate.

i = 1 p = 0 loop{ p += 4/i - 4/(i+2) i += 4 }

After repeating that loop for an infinite amount of times, p will equal π to perfect accuracy.
Not that it really matters, anyway, because using pi calculated out to only 39 decimal places would allow one to compute the circumference of the entire universe to the accuracy of less than the diameter of a hydrogen atom.

I'd say it's better to experience a GF at least once in your life than to go on without ever experiencing one. Admittedly, it may not ever go spectacularly. However, I was talking to a friend of mine who was starting to have some problems with his GF, and he ended up just getting a DA that sorted everything out. You got to be careful though, else the entire affair may just be a combustion waiting to happen, if you know what I mean. I have heard stories of people sailing down the river Acheron after their troubles with a GF, but if you're persistent, it wont happen to you.

Reasoning for GF.

Ok so this one time I was wandering around the clockworks, and I saw this Gremlin mender, and I walked over to it, and it just ran away all the time. The while I was just wailing on its friends that it was healing, and it was panicking and I was still walking and we eventually got to the end of the level where I took out my GF and cursed myself, then I cut down the Mender on the Elevator, as well as killing myself, which wouldve been really awkward for anyone using the elevator next.

The moral of the story is, I like Pie.

having a gf can be useful. a good gf can cast a mighty curse upon your enemies...especially if said gf is of gypsy origin. your gf might take up much of your time and resources though, and will probably end up costing you in the ol' pocketbook in the end. if you are prepared to make some sacrifices for some unusual benefits...then a gf is perfect for you! good look in getting a gf mate!

Anyway for those who have a GF, what do you think? Has it changed you in anyway? Should I get one? How many people have a GF? What are GFs generally like? I mean I already have an acheron, but it could be a nice sword to have.
Both Acheron and GF are very nice swords to have; I see people having the GF more for LD than for PvE activities, and the Acheron as more of the PvE speedier sort of thing. BUT, I do know of a lot of people who like the GF more than the Acheron just because it has more power than the Acheron and it can cause Curse at random with any hit. The GF is similar to the DA, being a heavy sword with the attack speed being pretty slow and such, it's, again, very strong.
Overall, if you have the time and forging crystals, you should craft one up. It's just something to have; you can even just craft to the Faust and if that doesn't suit you then you don't have to go all the way.

Why did a conversation about a sword turn into one about hating girls? Do u guys assign names and genders to your swords?

So GFs are evil and heavy. . . . and I have to craft one? I thought I could just buy a GF. Maybe I will have to play for the other team then. I hear they fare better when hitting lumbers and the roarmulus twins. It is hard to land a hit on the twins.

So I should get a DA? I do like cursing though and DAs do not curse.

My DA was my first 5* sword!
It's my favorite of all of my weapons.
It's perfect against RT since they're weak against elemental, which DAs hold high elemental and normal damage.

If you're talking about the sword GF, then I'd say yes. I do have it in my arsenal and it has VH slime dmg bonus! Although, after the dmg bonus buff on the acheron, I decided to stop using my GF as it only provides two swings whereas the acheron has 3. Keep in mind that I also have a dmg bonus high gremlin on my acheron. Overall, I find that both my GF and acheron has its own unique style although Acheron just completely obliveratez my opponent.

And, if you're actually talking about the other definition of GF, well, I'm still in yr. 8 of High School. Girls are simply a waste of time to think about simply cause of the young maturity level and I don't want it to get in the way of my learning. it is nice to hang out with them though, it makes you feel kinda popular, I should say? xD (yea, I'm not a girl)

When I first got my GF, was still sealed, y'know? We'd always do things together - sometimes I'd take the heat, sometimes I'd charge. Back then, I never knew what I'd get if I charged - sometimes the reaction would be hot, sometimes it'd be freezing cold, but things were Normal. It was fun.

Well, after us warming up to each other and peeling the seals away, I started to see a darker side... I noticed that sometimes when we fought stuff, they'd end up cursed and just up and die. Well, I ignored it at the time - actually I thought it was pretty cool. I was pretty into that - I'd be the counterpart hero dressed in white - we'd be a good pair. We weren't completely all into each other back then - maybe it was just 4/5 stars at the time.

Eventually, things really heated up and we decided to take it all the way and make it 5 stars. It turned out my GF was pretty needy - the heat I gave that used to take it up to level 10 barely got things up to like, 5. But I figured once in a while, I should also charge, cause you know, we'd been together for a while and it should still be a two way deal. At first, the GF was nice, and showed me something really big and awesome, but I guess I got too greedy, cause next time I charged, I realized it was taking much longer than I had remembered...

friggin cursed me, man. GF probably doesn't know, but it hurt me so much.

At that point, we started to lose heat, and I didn't want to be the hero in white anymore. Actually, around then was when I started to see Vana. Wasn't really all too into that dark stuff, but hey, I got paid to spend time with Vana. I guess I kind of got stolen away.

Sometimes I still take the GF out to play, but it just isn't the same anymore.

Well.... Everyone has a GF and I am trying to get one, but I keep on getting sidetracked... I am really jealous of those with more than 1 GF but one is is always faster, so they can't be equal. I mean some are more heated so it is better and that means they will be faster to charge in. But sometimes they will just curse ya if it too fast.

Disclaimer; I am male and advocated for girls UNTIL puberty. >:(

Anyways, Acheron is more powerful than GF. I would get it since I luv my DA, but I already have a Silent Nightblade.
GF is more for just attacking rather than charging, as seen by the slight speed increase from the DA and the chance of curse on the 2nd hit.
Also, it looks really cool.
