To be honest, its actually kind of feasible to do the arms appropriation missions- 95% of the costs of a 5* weapon are the heating it bit.
If you don't need your orbs for anything, might as well do the mission. Though to be honest, I'd rather just wait to do more danger mission.
One time they wanted a Voltedge! I don't have one, but dang, what are they thinking? Voltedge is one of the most expensive swords to craft... sooo, wow. just, wow.
Voltedge, stagger storm, electron vortex, and plague needle are all in the exact same craft bracket price-wise.
Same token cost, and thanks to arcade randomization, same overall mat cost.
The message is still the same, if you're endgame and all you essentially do is roll around building up carp in your inventory, arms appropriation isn't a bad move...

I am still kicking myself for losing a Silent Nightblade with an Arms Appropriation mission. It was back when the prestige mission first came out.
I know i know, i should have read the fine print and pay more attention blah blah. that nightblade would have come in more handy these days.

They asked for my Voltedge. When I saw it, I laughed straight for five minutes.
It once asked me for my Rigadoon when it was 3*. I rejected. Then it asked me again when it became a Daring Rigadoon. I rejected again. Then it asked me for it AGAIN when I upgraded it to Fearless Rigadoon. I rejected it.
Arms Appropiation is worse than Radiants, Acheron, Shard Bombs, IS, GvG, and Grravers combined.
