I bought the new bundle and im sure i saw the artifact added to my inventory but the artifact isnt there. Is it the same one as the old starter bundle artifact? or an entirely new one? If it is the same why do i only have one?

It seems to be the same artifact as in the other starter pack. It did say "Deluxe starter pack", implying it was just the normal starter pack upgraded to contain more promotional items. I need someone to clarify though. This is probably the artifact.
