All I know is, the gun's projectile will travel very fast like the shot from a magnus. However, once you shoot, you reload. If the projectile hits something, it creates a radius of knock back damage for 4 seconds (or until you shoot again). The charge attack creates an explosion in the beginning, following a 4-second radius of knock back and damage with shock infliction (or until you shoot a charged projectile once more).
