I came back from a mini vacation on the 13th of January and logged on. There was an update patch. After getting that, I find that I can no longer play the game. I get severe lag issues. My screen shows my character running around, but it jumps location and will get hit when nothing is near it. The sprite's location is - at times - nowhere near me. I have asked others if they are experiencing lag, and no one else seems to be. I haven't been able to pinpoint anything else that changed. Went through the uninstall re-install of the game with no change. This has remained an issue for the last 4 days with no change regardless of what I try. Any help?

have you tried to check if some program running in your pc? like antivirus and whatever program that might consume lot of your ram
and yess after battle sprite update, sk become more lag and you will need good connection or your action get delayed..
delayed? when enemy attack you' you shield still get attacked =]
but you say your character jump' teleport right? o,o
there might be 3 culprit from this case :
1. some program update or you have too much program with high memory load
2. you have bad driver or your pc component too old and can't give good perfomance like before~
3. connection problem
from your case.. it must be some program running and consume lot of memory or sk server having bad perfomance
