I used to play Spiral Knights via Steam but found earlier today that Steam blocked this game from my account. It said my IP address came from the unavailable region. It's ok if this is the policy of Steam to prevent players like me who would like to gather all of the games in a single account. I can still play Spiral Knights from this website. But how can I acquire my character's data on Steam now? I have already spent dozens of hours on my character in Steam account. I don't want to replay once more from the very beginning.

Hrm...
Did you redeem an iron costume gift on the account and are in the restricted area for those gifts?
Do you have a dynamic IP - you may have gotten someone else's IP that was in a restricted area of which you should probably contact steam.

this problem happen because you not in place where you bought spiral knights game
example : you live in american, you buy spiral knights when in american, then you go on holiday to singapore and try to play sk from there... you will got error message~ because game you bought when in american can only be played in there, and if you buy it when in singapore... you can only play that game in singapore. try contact steam > tell your story and ask for help if you move to other place (not in place you buy sk)
