Heeey.

So, I decided to come back to the game after a hiatus since halloween, and on the whole I'm enjoying being back.

...is what I'd like to say.
Unfortunately, for some reason it seems after a certain amount of time elapses, my signal goes into the red, I begin rubber banding, I can no longer see my own speech bubbles and finally I get booted to the login menu saying I've been disconnected from the server. I've mostly been socialising so it wasn't too big a deal, but it became a serious problem just after I beat an arena because the game became totally unplayable.

I've no idea what could be causing the problem, why my signal is going into the red and I'm getting all these problems. I've tried disabling any other devices that use the same network as me but to no avail, which makes me think there's a PC issue.
I also ensure there is nothing in the background that would interfere with my internet; I disable processes with internet functions (except my firewall).

some of problem

i give some of possibly culprit from your problem~
1. your pc component become old (card, processor or etc not run faster like old day) use GPU-z to see your pc power
2. your connection problem or network become more weak
3. you have alot of fragment file and hidden program that might consume lot of ram, use tune up utilities
4. some hard disk error, right click on your hard disk drives > open properties > error checking. example : local disk (C) > right click > properties > error check

Okay; 1) My computer IS about

Okay;
1) My computer IS about 5-6 years old, however its components haven't caused a problem like this the last time I played which was only last year (thoughI had a completely different problem last time).
2) Possible, but there is nothing I can do about it (that I know of).
3) I've been scouring through my control panel and removing anything I didn't consent to installing which could drain my connection.
4) My disk drive was defragmented recently. and it says 0% defragmented.
5) Okay, I've set it to check for errors whenever it can (claims it can't scan while in use).

Connection loss can also be a problem with your ethernet/wireless adapters too. Aging in those components (which you probably won't ever touch or cleaned at all) is a very huge issue.

Otherwise, there may be problems with the router/modem.

Irritated.

Okay, my speed issues have been fixed.
Only one thing!

Remember when I mentioned in an older report that my game would just suddenly close for no reason and then I couldn't log back in for a while?
Well it just happened to me AGAIN. This time, it happened IN A SHADOW LAIR WITH FRIENDS. I can't log back in because the damn program crashes whenever it tries to reconnect me, and I can't log back in until it kicks me from the server and thus I can't continue playing the lair with my friends and my whole time was WASTED!

EDIT:
Well, thankfully a GM managed to get me back into the level, though after they'd beat the Ice Queen. So I kinda missed out. Still, at least I know in-game support helps a good amount more.
