People keep using brandishes for its charge attack. Chaos set gives you charge time reduction. Would it be worth having the status effect reduce.
Would chaos set go good with the brandish line?

If you are an experienced player, who is good at dodging enemies, then Chaos is unambiguously the best armor in the game. Or if you are a rich player who can afford status UVs to cancel Chaos' penalties, then Chaos is best. Yes, it pairs very well with Brandishes.
On the other hand, a weak player (due to low skill, bad network connection, bad computer, etc.) with Chaos is a sad sight. They get destroyed and frustrated.
Go for it.

Surely if chaos is excellent for charge attacks then the best sword to use it with would be a troika line one?
Especially considering the universal damage type. You'd be able to kill everything using the same sword that way.

yes, but the damage is still overshadowed by brandish lines. However, I have a lot of fun using troika instead of brandish. Flourish charge is actually fun too.

Considering how Acheron is pretty darn broken right now, you can just about steamroll most of the game if you use it with Chaos, have some skills, and have a decent connection.
Yes. Having CTR Max on a Brandish basically means even my cat could do FSC.
