i did it the right way pressed use at Bechamel, then remove turnd into collect(dont remember the exact name)
problem is now, i still got the ticket but my wolver tail is gone....
i did the same with two pair of wings and a divine volver tail, and it worked like a charm...
what happened?

If the tail is missing and you have the ticket, then you removed the tail via the regular way; you didn't actually recover the tail.
Basically, it's gone for good.
Be patient, they'll respond and you'll get your tail back some way or another
