I've recently been getting an error popup stating that SK "Could not create the Java virtual machine" upon launch from Steam, after which Spiral Knights does not launch.

I've reinstalled SK and ensured that Java is up-to-date. This has only been an issue since the September patches started getting rolled out - I've been able to launch and play SK fine before that.

my character often disconnects while loading or entering ready room. this only started happening recently.please help gms

I was not having a good session tonight. I was getting constant sporadic lag, which caused my player and monsters to warp around the screen, and the game continually keeps cancelling my actions in-game. I can't remember how many times I have to click on pots or minerals just to pick it up -- I keep getting bounced back without carrying a pot or mineral -- and it was not allowing me to revive a player the first time I clicked a downed player.

im sure you have all experienced this, trying to leave the guild and not being able to through the actual exit ,please fix this.

So whenever an update happens, I am not able to download it.
It always gets to around 70-75% and hangs....

Can somebody just explain why? I know I can wait and I will be patient, but I am just wondering if somebody knows what is going on?
Why does it only get to that percentage? 0__0

I just noticed that while you are watching a recon in spectator mode, when the recon opens cloak, player name changes into [No One] the player you watch changes. Not deadly, but still a bug.

The game just patched today, but now whenever I click the game a message pops up saying "The application has failed to launch do to a missing resource: http://download.threerings.net/spiral20120913102504/digest.txt"
Anyone know whats wrong?

I received this error message when I tried to launch SK after this most recent patch.

And then it says to visit the wiki to fix it but, clearly, that won't fix it if the file is missing from the update. I'm going to try and validate SK via Steam to see if that fixes it.

So, I play Spiral Knights, and after I was done spending my energy going into the clockworks, earning Crowns, etc. my brother wanted on so he could play. but when he got on he only had 6 energy, even though he is in a different account. Why are our energies shared? why cant we both play on the same computer? Is this to stop people from having more than one account? But that doesn't apply to us. we're two different people.
