Alright, as you may know (If you play on Steam), everytime you open up Spiral Knights, there is an option that says "Use Steam Account" or something like that, but starting now when I open Spiral Knights on Steam, it doesn't seem to have that option. Even if I try logging in using my username and password, it'll say "This account has been converted to Steam. Select "Use Steam Account" to login." But there is no option for that, any help ~ ?

I tried restarting it dozens of times, and I even uninstalled it and re-installed it. No help.

When I try to download SK onto a network account computer, it fails to install.

It says "multiple instances of this installer are running this one will stop and let another complete"

nothing happens.

is there a way i can load my old account using steam?

I opened an account with you guys a while back, played for a bit, even bought some energy. After a while, I got bored with playing and my account went inactive for a while now. After seeing a vid about it on youtube, my interest was resparked, and I decided to check out the current state that it's in.
My problem is that after reinstalling the game and logging in, I notice that both of my toons have no items other than noob gear, and are at the start of the game.

What happened to my gear, and why?

I tried several different graphics settings in-game, but none seem to solve the problem of the game's consistent stuttering. I could be standing in one spot and the entire game would just freeze up for a brief moment or to, then returning back to normal only to do it again a few seconds later. I'm not sure if this is a performance issue on my PC or a connection to the game's server. Any suggestions? Also my ping is at a full 4 bars, so I'm not sure if it's the connection per se. Please help!

Whenever i try to play spiral knights, i get an error message saying "the application has failed to launch due to the following error: Invalid path 'getdown.txt'" can someone help me to fix this?

when i start the game.. i get a black screen but instead of a login it turns down and shows a pop up with this...

I'm on mac lion playing SK via Steam. I'm trying to located my Java_vm folder thats supposed to be in my SK folder but can't find it, I've asked around and it seems that only Window users have it in their SK folder??

I recently unistalled and reinstalled the steam version of SK. After the latter I noticed that levels loaded faster but the gameplay now suffers significant lag (wich it didn't have before). Any tips on how to fix this?

Has anyone having troubles logging in today? Cuz it keeps saying that it's having difficulty reaching the network for me.
