NO SUPPORT LINK (either in-game or at wiki support page) IS NOT WORKING FOR ME. Im logged on eveywhere, yet every support link i open is just a blank white page.

All plugins operational. Flash and Java updated. Browser is newest firefox.

No ad blocking plugins (all disabled) and disabled also antivirus for testing purposes.

It says receiving payment confirmation but I already received the confirmation on my phone and was successfully added to my bill. I've been charged but no CE was sent out. Boku sucks. I never had this problem with ZONG.

I'm not sure if this is a technical issue, but when I tried logging in my account 'Kimahso' with my usual password, it keeps on reading 'Incorrect Password'. I'm 100% sure that the password is that which I have been using all this time (I even posted on the forum the day before yesterday with the same password) so I suspect that someone may have somehow changed my password. I don't want to make a new account since I have a lot of good stuff on Kimahso (Avenger and was upgrading Ash Tail Cap and Coat to Vog Cub), so how can I change my password?

need help ASAP... i re installed the game and still nothing im going to re install the web browser after this 2nd temp... i will let you know one i re install the web browser... if it dont work you will here from me in a minute

I get alot of lag. Also every so soften the game will freeze for 10-15 secs which usually results in death.

2Ghz processor
2GB memory
256 mb VRAM
25.21 GB free space

Yesterday, SK worked fine, launched fine. Today, when I launched it trough steam, there was a fast patch, and then nothing. I waited a few minutes and launched it again. The "preparing to launch spiral knights" window popped up. After a few seconds, nothing else popped up, just the sound of an error (from Windows, I'm on windows XP) was played. Then nothing.
What do I do. : c
