Step 0: Read the Basic Troubleshooting Guide
This gives the basic troubleshooting runthrough, and handles many issues. It is the official Three Rings (OOO) guide, and should be read completely.

Step 1: list your processor, memory (RAM), operating system, the name of the video card and its amount of video memory, and explain exactly what sort of problems you have.

Help please

Hi,

I have payment problem, I know it isn't the appropriate section but the help section itself doesn't seem to open, work, so I post here : I live in Morocco and I would like to ask if there is an alternate payment modality I can use to pay from here. I don't have a credit card, my preference tends towards the payment by mobile phone (sms), I already verified "boku" but Morocco isn't listed (I suggest that you add it if you can). Thanks in advance.

Constantly disconnecting

I made an earlier thread about connection issues I where having due to my router firewall: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/9311.
I have since then solved this problem (turns out I hadn't properly assigned my IP for the port forwarding) only to be presented with another one: constant disconnects. Essentially, when port forwarding is enabled, the game disconnects every other minute. If it's not, I get my old problem instead.

Like before, I know this is network-related. The game works fine on other networks.

My router is a D-Link DIR-600. It has the latest Firmware (2.03).

Freezing/stuttering after update to ATI 11.5 Drivers

After updating to ATI Catalyst 11.5 Drivers, the game is now stuttering approximately every 5 seconds. It's a total freeze of screen updates, then it will jump and freeze again. Keyboard input is frozen during this time as well; if you were moving it continues to move.

This is the only update I've done to my system before this problem occurred. I've tried re-installing Spiral Knights; no difference. I've got the latest Java installed as well.

Video card is an ATI Radeon 6850 on an i7-950; Windows 7 64 bit Professional.

My precious slimes!

NOOOO! Somehitng awful has happend D: my slimes Oh my dear slimes! there grafical outline has been darkend and I can see them all i can see is a black covering! HELP!

Incorrect Password

I know I have the correct password and email because I can (obviously) log into spiral knight's website but when i punch them into the game, it accuses me of not having the correct "credentials"

am I missing something? I attempted with my user name and then saw that it asked for an email, yet it still did not work.

Loads only to around 90%?

So when I log in, click on my character and then wait for it to load, it froze and only loaded to 90% or around that, but I opened another one and logged in on the same account, it did the same thing as the first one, then I looked back at the first one, it unfroze and was back at the login screen, I did that a couple times, all did the same thing. But then I made a new character on a different account and it was at the crash site, it loaded perfectly. Does anyone know what's the problem?

Can I get a Mac OSX user to confirm something?

I'm a Linux user, so this is my disclaimer: I don't have any problems right now. However, a LOT of Mac OSX users have reported the following problem:
"The application just bounces in the tray for a bit, and the game doesn't start. If I use the web client, it hangs after login."

This *MAY* be a problem with the Mac version of Java for 32-bit systems. What does that mean? It means that your OS may be fighting with Java because of a new java version.

I need someone who is having this problem to try the following:

I need to find a solution to my problem.. Ive been posting all over the forms trying to get some help.. hope this works.. I have been running SK on the MAC since i started playing SK.. since the update a few days back it has not worked. I have check all updates I pass all the system requirements. I have redownloaded the program many times.. is there a solution to this problem ?

web page not found
