Problem create support request, Problem to buy more energy (Over spending limit)

I want to buy energy, but get this: "Over spending limit"
Is there a way to increase the limit?

Tried to get support at https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
But got white blank page without any request form.

My bro's getting the error message: "Failed to connect to the server."

Yeah, he managed to download the game, make an account (he actually made like 15 because none of them triggered the "download the app" process) and run the game, but whenever he tries to log on, it says "failed to connect to the server."

Any idea what the problem is? I can't log in on his computer either with my account.

so, i just cant use the normal forms to contact the support (none of the links work), so i think this is the best place to post.

my 'problem' is about this event. i dont live in USA, so the only way i can buy CE is using my father's credit card. but i cant buy more than once every 1~2 months.

so, last time i bough energy was the following:

29 April 2011 14:42 Energy Purchased for $9.95 3500

just 18 minutes before the event started. for real, 18 minutes!

there is any way i could get the event item? i really wanted to buy more CE, but unfortunatly i really cant.

Alchemy does not work!!

When I craft, the glowy graphic starts but the sound doesn't play, and when it finishes it says "Failed!" and "An unexpected error occurred on the server" and nothing is crafted.

Also whenever I craft (before, and now when I try), I can't type in chat until I alt tab out and back in.

Cannot log-in to a character

When I try to enter the game with a created character or old character it just says "heading to town...."
I waited about 20 minutes and still nothing.
But when I create a new character it is working brilliantly no lag and no issues but after I log off and play it again the problem starts again.
I registered using a facebook account and My modem or internet is very fast and has no issues.
Is there a way to fix this?

Driver-related Crashes

I managed to finally resolve a texture issue yesterday, but soon after I started playing, I was met with this. It's not a constant problem, and in fact, it's very sporadic. It can happen after a few minutes, or after 2 hours. I can just restart the game and continue from where I left off, but it is rather troublesome.

Cannot Finish Downloading

I am trying to install spiral knights on my desktop computer.
I have disabled all firewalls, including the one on my router.
Both the website and the installable version get to 85% complete, and just sits.

I'm tempted to go borrow my friends laptop, download the game, then move the files over from %appdata%.

Was wondering if anynone else had this problem?

The Email link does not work.

Hello,

The https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail link doesnt work for me.

I just give me a white screen.
-ABP is not blocking anything
-turned off my virusscanner
-turned off firebug

What's wrong with this site that you can't get a simple form to work?

Cannot log in

At the moment i cant log in, i just keep getting same message: "Either there is temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait moment before reconnecting".

Anyone else getting this or is it just me?

Is there a way to tell where servers are located and choose them that way?

Because I'm from Toronto, Canada and I have a pretty good internet connection, I play games that are way more graphically and resource intensive than Spiral Knights but I frequently get unplayable stuttering lag from this game.
