I recently managed to convince my friend to start up Spiral Knights, and after making a new account and jazz on the SK website, she tried logging in to the game but there was a message that said (and I quote):

"We are no longer accepting new accounts from Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Macau. Please go to http://gamecyber.com.hk for more information."

I went to the website to look for some answers, but it seems that there almost isn't any association with SK in relation to gamecyber at ALL. Is this happening for all new HK/Taiwan/Macau players, or is it just my friend?

i reconfigured my right click (shield) to the left command key on my mac, since macbooks are really unreliable with right clicking on a mouse or mousepad. i notice that when i use the shield key when im already walking around, my character gets stuck in movement and wont respond to WASD keys unless i completely let go of the keys and then start moving again after my character stands still. this is very irritating and i was wondering if theres a fix. thanks.

i found a glitch in witch upon using defense up with a maskeraith on the 3rd sprite level and getting attack with my cyclops cap on my entire head was just a belt with a glowing dot i found it very funny

So my character has been around a while. I have taken breaks from time to time. I killed snarbolax before battle sprites were made. And then when i was to get all the loot from past missions. I never got my evo catalyst apparently. Please help.

People on Kongregate have been recently complained about not being able to play this Game on Chrome.
Here's the solution.

1) Update Java to 45th Version or Higher. (If exists.)
2) Navigate to Chrome://Flags
3) Search for "Enable NPAPI".
4) Enable the Option, Relaunch Google Chrome, and Try again.

I need a bit of help I have spiral spy 1.4 and I heard there is a spiral spy 1.5 which has things like cloaks and what ever but in 1.4 I didn't see things like cloaks or demo suits besides the jelly one or something Idk if three rings actually made spiral spy but IDK stuff yada yada I but I wanted to ask if there is a working link for spiral spy 1.5 at the site it's 1.4 http://spiral.onyxbits.de/

I'm running Spiral Knights off a laptop connected to my 1080p monitor via HDMI, and I'm trying to play Spiral Knights in 1080p fullscreen. However, when I apply fullscreen, it does not cover the entire screen and rather only about two thirds of it. I've tried every single resolution and none worked.

I tried running it via the standalone install and through Steam, both had the same problem.

Please help, I can't really concentrate on the game with no fullscreen, it will sort of be hard to play. Thank you!!

so this bug has been happening to me at random and the only fix is the close SK and reload, heres the jist of it:

every few levels a friend or I will encounter an error where we will become ridiculously de-synced with the rest of the squad and level by 1-5 seconds, making most intentional interaction nearly impossible. the only way we've found to get around this was to leave the level and rejoin the group, the problem being we loose all the items we were carrying which can be daunting if we're nearing an arena or boss fight, is this a known issue, is there a fix to this or a fix on the way?
