I purchased Total War 2: Shogun - and the Shogun Helmet appeared in my DLC for Spiral Knights on Steam, but i've yet to recieve it in game. Can someone help?

No matter if launching from Steam or the Standalone version, neither of them get past the window just popping up and freezing instantly. Using the Knight Launcher from https://github.com/lucasluqui/KnightLauncher doesn't do anything, it keeps freezing and crashing with either version of the game, my specs are:
CPU: i5-3550
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970
RAM: 16Gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H
The projectx.log file shows this:

I am trying to play SK on my laptop which I have done numerous times before. I had to reformat my laptop and have now reinstalled SK.
On steam when I launch SK the menu is so small I can't see anything. And it doesn't chance once inside the game no matter what resolution I change it to. I am already pretty blind, and since I use my TV as my screen this doesn't work.

So I tried to install it as the standalone and log in there.
Now it's too big, that I can't get to any drop down menus to change the resolution.

SO??? How can I fix this?

I've just gotten my friend into SK, we've been having quite a blast going around looking at haven and everything, however he can't seem to complete 'a visit to the lab' he talks to morlin like normal yet the mission doesnt complete, he can talk to morlin again and nothing happens. I went back and replayed the mission myself, trying the different difficulties, and the mission does not complete for me either. I checked a few videos to make sure there is nothing being missed and it seems to just not complete at all as opposed to when the dialog is finished. Has anyone else had this same issue?

I use a Windows 10 computer. Whenever I turn on the Spiral Knights client, it just closes the moment it pops up. Lol

So please let me know what I can do to fix this problem.

I try to download the game (win version), and I start the setup, everything fine, but downloading the game files kept too short, and wizard says downloading complete. I look at the game files there are lack of something because it's only a few bytes.

Shortly, win edition wizard doesn't work as it should be, I can't the download all game files.

So like what the subject said, the game just opens then crashes when booting it on my laptop that runs on windows 11, so to any dev or anyone else who has the technical know how of resolving the problem please let me know.

I cannot start the game. It stays at a black screen, does a weird noise, quits, and makes these "hss_error_pid" empty log files. When I try hovering on the window, the Spiral Knights cursor shows. The in the PC version (not from steam) and I tried both uninstalling the game (from the uninstall app) and the .exe file but it still does the same thing. I tried reading the "Technical Issues" from the official Wiki on Spiral Knights but none of those methods worked.

while i play the game keeps freezing in the middle of one specific mission and i need to close the game and re-open it but it always happens on the second part of the level for some reason any ideas on how i can fixit?
