Energy Limit

So I recently came back to the game after a good few years and decided to spend some cash and bought energy, not knowing there was a limit. I sent an email to ask if I could increase the limit and show proof that I was the card holder if needed, but I'm not sure if whoever is ahead of the spending system will respond to that email. Was wondering if there was another way of increasing the cap without having to go through the whole emailing and waiting 30 days.

This seems to have started after I used Spiralspy 1.5

Spiralspy was unable to view any models or animations (everything appearing as white/no texture with some error message). I was playing normally before running Spiralspy.

After verifying files, and doing a fresh re-install of the game, the issue persists. I figure I'd ask here first before sending an email to support.

Game will not open, Multiple fixes not working.

I've literally tried everything I could find to launch the game. I have windows 10 20h2. I've tried to move jre to the java folder for the game in steam, tried running desktop non-steam version. Tried using Knight Launcher, didn't work. The window will open, be black and then just close. Tried validating files, 19 files invalidated everytime I check on steam. Tried updating java. NOTHING. I've read about a faulty nvdia driver but I can't find any sort of link or anything on that to find where I need to go to fix it.

Spiral Knights not launching

Hello.

I would like to inform you of a problem that kept persisting for the last couple of days. I have tried installing Spiral Knights, but the game does not launch. The screen appears and turns black for 1-2 seconds, I hear music for a second and then it crashes. It keeps on doing this for no reason, and my laptop does meet the minimum requirements for it to be able to run. I will now provide you with the specifications of my laptop:

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)

Where is ths actual application stored in files? I need to select it for my new mouse to have custom buttons with it.

So, hum. Apparently, I cannot login through Steam anymore.

Each time I get to the title screen, it does not show the option to login with Steam, which is problematic since well, that means I either lost everything I've done so far or I cannot access it.

So if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be more than grateful.

Black screen on startup, then not responding

Tried nearly every conceivable thing; swapping the java_vm for a different one (be it jre7 or java 8), KnightLauncher, updating video card drivers, uninstalling then deleting leftover files and reinstalling, etc etc.

I've played this game before on this computer with no issues and haven't changed anything about it since. Could it be a windows update messed something up? Has anyone had this issue before and been able to fix it?

I apologize if this has been posted a lot before. I've looked up and down here and on the steam community forums for solutions and none have worked.

Game crashes on startup

Hello all, I've been trying to run SK on my pretty new laptop (purchased new 4 months ago), but after installing the windows client the game will open to a black screen, play a half second of the music, and then crash. I have confirmed that my computer meets the minimum requirements, I have downloaded the latest version of Java, tried playing through steam instead, creating firewall exceptions, you name it. Here's some other information that I hope can help someone help me!:

Laptop model: HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 (2D117AV)
