Entry Thread: Cradle of Love - Category 2

My submission
Knight Name: Umbra-Lunatis
Prize Preference: Love Puppy mask (as long as it's a replica and not harvested from a real one of course)

(i know i didn't watermark it but it feels like it would detract from the submission if i did so. however i can confirm that imgur user "glacenoir" is in fact me.)

edit: does it count as a monster if it's in the npc/monster folder? because that seems close enough.

This is a music parody of "I'm Gonna Be" by The Proclaimers (link to original song-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZ4Ib-7fJqY)

Lyrics in case you can't read it clearly:

When I wake up, yeah I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the knight who wakes up next to you

When I get punched, yeah I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the knight who got punched by you

When I'm on fire, yeah I know I'm gonna be
I'm gonna be the knight who's set on fire by you

And when my money drops down to digits of two
I'll be selling all the loot I got from you

But I would fight 500 floors
And I will fight 500 more
Just to be the knight who fought 1000 floors
To fall down at your door

To prevent you from straining your eyes trying to read my poor penmanship:

"Your manners are toxic,
you got a heart of thorns.
A failed abomination,
you lunge with flaming horns.
Our relation's very slippery;
but hey, you're pretty slick.
So I'll give you a chance,
though you make me really sick.

Because you billow with noxious fire
to which not even Vanaduke can hold a match.
Yet you're cool, though I desire
your family gets a nerf patch."

This poem was based in the song "A thousand years" by Scandroid (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8Bj3A53N2M)
Prize preference: Heart eyes

Glorp glorp glorp glorp glorp …
Glorp glorp glorp glorp …
Glorp glorp glorp …

We woke up on the lobby room, our bodies intertwined

You're doing that thing you do
When a love puppy attacks your mind

Dreams and nightmares for a future that’s unknown
But I'll travel through the gauntlet
To make sure you will never be alone

I would wait a thousand years for you
I would kill Apocrean Harvester for you
I would trade a whicked whisker to you
A book of dark rituals
An mixmaster

We head into the hall of heroes
And fade into the brambles
As rain on the city falls
The taste is like a slime

Darkest depths for a future far away
I'll travel into the swarm
To make sure you will see another day
I would run alone in the dark for you
I would challenge myself, for you.

Wanted to make an entry here with a drawing at first, but I decided to go several more steps and try papercraft after several years. Might not be able to see what the hearts say, but pink has "To:", white has "From:" and Salmon/Red heart says "You're my knight in shining armor".

I also have a little poem to go with the images that I placed on my DA account:

"Heart Drops are Red,
Energy is Blue,
If I were a Love Puppy
I would heal you"

Happy Valentine's Day! :)

Note: So I kinda messed up with this one. Didn't realize that the Valentine had to be for a Monster( I though monster as in the figurative kind!). Only realized when I was halfway done with the entry. Decide to enter anyways. I made a Valentine that could be given to anyone( Which includes monsters, right? Loopholes! Yayy...?).
