11/20 Release: More Crucible Editor Improvements

We're still working on more improvements to the editor. Below are the changes from this update:

• Sky Islands props added.
• Ground tiles and walls can now be used freely if they don't connect to the level entrances.
• More Clockworks ground configs added.
• Cleanse pad and heal pad can now have their parameters tuned.
• Added a new signal: "capture:< teamId >" sent to anything sharing the control point's tag.
• Chance shrub placeable won't make grey cubes anymore
• Fixed oil slicks inside of crucible levels.
• Fixed bugs with using the "x2" wide clockworks railing.
• Fix a lot of little bugs with missing or duplicate tiles.
