Forge System Fix Idea? (Forge Pass Idea)

What if instead of the gambling % to upgrade, we have a 100% chance to upgrade at any given level of fire crystals that we put in. The catch is that we still only get the perks of increased heat bonuses, double level ups, and forge boxes at higher levels.
If that's not fair for everyone, then what sort of system would make the forge more attractive and not have OOO do a lot of changes?
(It's me Paintool)

Hmm... Elevator pass = unlimited levels in old system.
>Retrace steps back to now broken/pointless Heat Amps.
>Heat Amps bypass forging system.
>People buy into Heat Amp Crown sink.
>Profit for OOO and us?

It could be an item that's 5-10$ 20$ at most, and lasts about 2-3 months. I don't remember how long the elevator passes lasted, but im sure that's a fair amount.
The heat amps would work like the original heating system, as Paintool said, and cannot be bought with energy. That way players that pay get a few more benefits because they're supporting the game. It would also entice more real cash spending from the community.
I'm sure OOO would make a sizable profit from this amount of mooniez.
And if we need to throw a downside to it, then maybe 10% less heat gained, which i would dislike, but eh, if needed it's there.

Since elevators were the progress-slowing feature before, and now heat is, it only makes sense for heating to be easier/more abundant if we pay. Under the old system, it was $5.95 for 1 month of free elevators. What if we could buy a $5.95 pass for a 1-month "forging pass"? Perhaps we would have to talk to the forging knight in Haven for something?
This pass would either make the forge and leveling up stuff be free, or drastically reduce the cost. Perhaps we can "reheat" our gear multiple times using this forge bypass and it would reduce he crystals needed to level up by 30% for every "reheat"?

I really like this "Forge Pass" idea. Again it would give OOO a monthly premium pay for P2P players that they currently don't have right now (Ele passes and explorer's packs are defunct) like Welux and Fangel suggested while maintaining a still plausible F2P aspect; you don't need a "Forge Pass" to play the game, but it's their for veteran players who want to invest in the company.
I almost want to say the "Pass" should be exactly like the old system, where heat is just collected and and multiple levels can be attained. The only downside (which I don't think is downside enough) is there is no chance to get forge boxes, so maybe lowering acquired heat by 10%-30% would still make heat a grindable/gameplay extending commodity that OOO needs.
That way Heat Amps will also have a purpose again to boost the amount of heat we would acquire.
Is there any downside to this modest proposal?

On one side, the forge pass reverting the level-up system to the old system seems good. At the same time, I like my chances at the forge prize boxes. We should still need to use fire crystals, just not as frequently.
Perhaps what we could do is have the forge pass only eat up 75% of the crystals we put in with a RNG behind it for saving more crystals? We could, if lucky, spend no fire crystals leveling up our gear, and at the same time still be heating our gear effectively. Maybe even allow players with a forge pass to access the forge anywhere. This would bring back the idea of heating via boss levels, but it would only work if you paid in to Three Rings.

The percentages and farming rates for F2Pers is about the same compared to pre-forge.
The percentages and farming rates for P2Pers is horrifically worse compared to pre-forge.
There have been a lot of suggestions on "fixing" the forge problem. This is one that addresses the issues.

I'm glad one of my ideas holds merit for once! Thanks for adding me to the list, Skeptic. ^^
I'm sure there should be more math involved, but I'll figure that part out later.
"then what sort of system would make the forge more attractive and not have OOO do a lot of changes?"
Something equivalent to Elevator Pass'.
